At Voxelia Enterprises, most of our 3D printed products are made-to-order, crafted specially for you. Once we begin printing your item, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us before your ideas take shape — in other words, contact us as soon as possible, ideally before your order enters the printing queue.

Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds for any products. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are committed to replacing it. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately with your order details and images of the issue, and we will assist you with the replacement process.
