All orders are processed within 3-7 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom-made products may take additional time for production. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
Shipping Methods
We use reputable courier services for shipping, including but not limited to Delhivery, XpressBees, and BlueDart. Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and the courier chosen during checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
Custom Products
For custom products, please allow additional time for production and shipping. Custom items are made specifically for you, and we strive to ensure they are delivered with the highest level of care and quality.
Non-Delivered Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
